I had just purchased my new home in Santa Fe. And I went to get some new furniture for the house. My house was four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, double car garage, swimming pool, patio. I also had walk in closets. Walk in food pantry. There was an extra room for storage. Which was quite big. Most houses are not built with an extra room for storage. It always seems that they’re using closets or the garage or something else for storage, or maybe even an outdoor shed for storage. I’ve had so many houses that I ordered my home with a full size room that was dedicated for storage.
